If you've lost your V5 - you can request a duplicate from the DVLA -visit https://www.gov.uk/vehicle-log-book. It'll cost £25 and will take about a week.

Payment is made instantly to the account details of the registered keeper on the day of collection, normally via bank transfer with cleared funds.

If your vehicle has finance shown on the HPI, you will need to request a settlement figure from the finance company, we will then pay the outstanding finance giving you any outstanding equity.
No, however an administration fee of £50 will be charged at appointment generation stage. This fee will be credited in the form of a voucher towards a mechanical warranty on a vehicle of your choice.
You can cancel your car insurance policy as soon as we've collected the vehicle, as our collection drivers have their own special insurance.
Yes - As long as you have at least 1 month left on your road tax, you can cancel it and get a refund for any full months left on your tax. Just the DVLA that you have sold your car. If you pay by Direct Debit, this will be cancelled automatically. You will get a refund cheque from the DVLA for any full months left on your tax.
